The water eco system is a state-of-the-art, dynamic living water permaculture design system utilizing natural “structured water” distribution integrating reservoir, lake, creeks, streams, ponds, swales, wells and rain capture systems. Using gravity fed canals and streams with solar pumps and diverter channels, water distribution is continually optimized for climate and weather changes in all the different growing seasons.

GOEEV Food Forest--  

All of GOEEV green-built dwellings are integrated into the Organic Food Forest designed with state-of-the-art permaculture, botanical and agroforestry integrated sciences. The Food Forest uses com-plimentary companion planting that is intermixed to grow in a succession of a 7 layered Food Forest system based on sustainable, low maintenance woodland ecosystems.GOEEV Food Forest creates revenue providing a diverse selection of high quality, nutritious organic that includes Fruits from Fruit Trees/Vines/Shrubs, Nuts from Nut Trees, Root Plants and Herbs & Perennial Vegetables. All animals including Goats and Ducks are also used for Food Forest maintenance functions to fertilize, provide recovery, remove clumping grasses, weeds, unwanted growth, flatten out grasses, manure the ground, condition the soil for replanting with support species, inter-plants layers and fruit trees where there’s gaps.Using animal interaction and “time growing” advantages, enables the planting of a whole assembly of plants to create a diverse interactive stability.

GOEEV Home Owner Association-- GOEEV HOA creates revenue collecting HOA fees, manages all programs and amenities for residents including GOEEV Home Village-- 50 green-built homes; GOEEV Senior Housing Complex-- 30 Single Story Condominiums; GOEEV Tiny Home Village--20 Units; GOEEV Eco-Tourism Rentals--20 Units; GOEEV RV Park--20 Spaces. HOA fees provide a diverse range of amenities/eco-tourism programs. When an individual or a family buys a home in the Garden of Eden Eco Village, they would auto-matically become a member of the homeowners association. When the community starts to grow, the developer hands over full control of the association to the residents. The homeowners then elect a qualified Board of Directors who oversee the community and manage its operations.
