BioDomes
Modular Constructed, Prefab 3D Hempcrete Printed Homes Factory will produce Tiny Homes, Manufactured Homes, A-Frame Cabins, Estate Homes inside a manufacturing plant that uses computer-aided design (CAD) software, and robotics using innovative, sustainable construction methods with "lean manufacturing" to prefabricate single story building solutions in deliverable module sections.
All the different home sections-- exterior walls, interior walls, roof, flooring are constructed in factory, delivered by truck, assembled by crane. Hempcrete is biocomposite material made from the inner woody core--hemp hurd, lime, sand, and water which is used as a material for construction and insulation. Hempcrete has been used in France since the early 1990s, and more recently in Canada, to construct non-weight bearing insulating infill walls, as hempcrete does not have the requisite strength for constructing foundation and is instead supported by the frame.
Prefabricated, factory-built home can be constructed for 50% less than a site-built home and this this makes quality housing more affordable for thousands of Americans. Modular Home Construction Pre-fab Factory-Built homes are manufactured with all the differ-ent home sections-- exterior walls, interior walls, roof, flooring are constructed in the factory, delivered by truck and assembled by crane. There are five main advantages of Modular Constructed prefabricated factory- built homes.
1. Cost savings--can be constructed for 50% less than a site-built homes
2. Less waste-- construction waste disposal are also greatly eliminated
3. Less time to build-- Production cycles for prefabricated homes are built very fast
4. Quality control-- superior QC because of an automated climate-controlled setting
Hempblock is the best green-building material solution to create a green sustainable construction methodology with no toxic or harmful effect.
